2. Service Description

Vision Impact Consulting provides consulting, audit and training services to businesses and institutions. The details of each service are defined in signed contracts and quotes.

3. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to respect agreed deadlines, and to pay fees within the set deadlines.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses and documents produced by Vision Impact Consulting remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment of fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vision Impact Consulting undertakes to provide professional quality services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the mission concerned.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Guinean law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Conakry, Guinea.
